Rewards FAQ
Who can join Pentavite Rewards?
All customers can earn points. Create a Pentavite account to view your balance and redeem rewards.
How are points calculated?
Earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on eligible orders. Silver members earn 1.2× order points and Gold members earn 1.5× order points.
When do my points appear?
Order points are credited after the order is fulfilled. Points for eligible member actions are added when the action is verified.
Do my points expire?
No. Points do not expire during the initial launch phase. If this changes, we will update the programme terms.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in to your Pentavite account and open the CWILL Loyalty rewards panel. Redeem 60 points for an RM3 coupon (min. RM30), 100 points for an RM5 coupon (min. RM50), or redeem Gift 1 for 40 points, Gift 2 for 80 points or Gift 3 for 120 points. Coupons are valid for one month; gifts are subject to availability.
Do I still earn points when I use a coupon?
Yes. The amount you pay after a points coupon is still counted as valid spend, so you keep earning points on it.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
Cancelled or refunded orders may result in points being deducted or reversed. Your VIP tier spend may also be adjusted to reflect the final fulfilled order value.
